Free Intake: Our chatbot, via the third-party and its website-privacy policy, is designed to guide visitors through a free intake. It's AI and it's not for legal advice, it's there for informational purposes as a guide through the free intake process with us.

Consultation: We only offer paid consultations. The processing of online payments is done via Clio, using their PCI compliant processor, their privacy policy is available on the payment page. If you schedule a paid consultation through our scheduling process, and if you need to cancel in advance, please contact us immediately. When you attend a paid consultation, it's not refundable. After the consult, if you become a client via our contracting process, then you know that the terms for service and payment are in your contract with us. 

Client: You'll know you're client if you've gone through our vetting process and have completed our contracting process. 

Contacting us through any of the methods listed on the website (such as chat, email, or phone) does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
